To apply, you must provide:

  • Documentation of legal residency or immigration status
  • Documentation of your income (e.g., TANF, paycheck stub, etc.)
  • Copy of your lease (with your name on it)
  • Copy of your recent utility bills

Housing Funds available through the Homeless Prevention (HP) and Rapid Re-Housing Program (RP).  The HPRP Grant provides up to three months rental assistance (rent, utilities, moving, storage costs) to victims of family violence, child abuse and elder abuse.  The goal is to prevent homelessness. Assistance will be provided to Family Place clients and community partner clients who meet eligibility requirements.
