ONE OF THE LARGEST FAMILY VIOLENCE SERVICE PROVIDERs IN TEXAS

Partners Card is The Family Place’s largest fundraiser, with a goal of $1.4 million to support women, children and men experiencing abuse.

Community members buy a card for $100 to receive a 20% discount at retailers and 10% discount at restaurants at 750+ participating locations in DFW from Friday, October 24 – Sunday, November 2, 2025.

When I went into labor at the shelter, I had no one to be by my side. Someone from The Family Place came with me to the hospital and stayed through my birth. When I returned to the shelter with my newborn, I felt seen, supported, and no longer alone.

24-Hour Crisis Hotline

214.941.1991

The hotline was one of the first services we offered starting in 1978. Help is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you need to escape an abusive relationship, call us. We can provide safe transportation to our emergency shelter or connect you to other support services such as outreach counseling and legal aid.
