Thank you for your interest in volunteering with The Family Place!

Volunteers serve an integral role in the operation of the agency. Your gifts of time and talent in our programs and fundraising efforts support our efforts to keep an open door to survivors of domestic violence in North Texas. Whether you are an individual, part of a church, scouting or community group or a corporate entity, we will work with you to find a meaningful placement on The Family Place volunteer team.

Your first step is to apply to become a volunteer. Once you have completed the application you will receive a confirmation email. Volunteers are required to complete the application, a Criminal Background Check, and complete our in-person orientation that we host each quarter.

We are always looking for groups to provide a celebration, a game day, carnival, for example, during the holidays, or any time throughout the year.
