I purchased a card, but I can’t find a confirmation email
Look for an email from The Family Place with the subject “Partners Card 2025 Purchase”
If you can’t find it, check your junk or spam folders. If it’s not there, you may have mistyped your email address at checkout.

I purchased a card, but I don’t know how to access it
When you buy a Partners Card, you’ll receive a confirmation email from “The Family Place” with a link to view your card and add to your Apple or Google wallet.
How do I add my card to my phone’s wallet?
When you receive your confirmation email, you’ll see an “Add to Wallet” button—tap it, and your Partners Card will appear in your phone’s wallet.
I purchased a card but don’t have a directory
Our digital directory is now improved with real-time updates and easy filter/sort features. View it anytime by clicking the link below.
I want to buy a card for a friend or family member
You can only buy one Partners Card per transaction — but if you’re purchasing for a group or corporate team, we’re happy to help! Just email us at partnerscard@familyplace.org.
Buying one as a gift? At checkout, enter the recipient’s name, email, and your gift message. Their Partners Card will be delivered straight to their inbox.
I bought a card for a friend or family member. How do I share it?
If you purchased a card for someone else, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase receipt. The recipient will receive their card via email so they can add it to their wallet.
Usually I share my Partners Card with a friend/spouse—how does that work with a digital card?
Partners Cards are assigned to one individual and are not shareable or transferrable.
How do I get my $10 off at Tom Thumb or Albertsons?
This year, your $10 off offer is redeemable again with the printed coupon included in our Partners Card directory. Simply present the coupon at checkout at any Tom Thumb or Albertsons in the Dallas–Fort Worth area — showing your Partners Card alone won’t apply the discount. Pick up a printed directory at any participating Partners Card retailer.
I have a question about a particular retailer
Please check our digital directory for the retailer’s listing including any exclusions, or you can contact the store directly.
How do I find the online shopping codes?
Your online shopping discount codes from participating retailers will be included in your Partners Card confirmation email. Keep that email handy so you can access them anytime during Partners Card.
Are paper cards available?
Yes, paper cards are available in limited quantities at any Snell Motor Company dealership.
