We Are More Than a Resale Shop

Survivors often come to The Family Place with only what they are wearing. Our Resale Shop accepts donations and provides free clothing, household items and furniture to survivors as necessary. Our Shop is run by our amazing team and the stores' excess donated inventory is sold to the general public to raise funds for services.

Donation Guidelines

All items must be in closed lid containers or sealed garbage bags.
Items we cannot accept include:

Wedding Dresses
Mattresses/Box Springs
Exercise equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, etc.)
Large desks, armoires, or large entertainment centers
Christmas trees
Televisions (tube style)
Baby cribs, car seats, swings, and booster seats
Chandeliers and light fixtures
Used portable toilets (kids and adults)
Used bed pillows
Large appliances
Damaged Furniture
Sleeper sofas

Donation Drop Off Days and Hours:
Monday - Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM
