The Family Place invites all North Texas retailers to join us in supporting survivors of domestic violence through Partners Card participation. With your registration fee of $300, we are able to provide critical funds for survivors of family violence AND off significant brand awareness for your business. 

As a participating retailer, The Family Place will promote your business to the DFW community through out Partners Card Campaign, as well as market you directly to over 100,000 supporters in the area.

Here’s how it works:

Customers purchase a Partners Card for $75 to receive a 20% discount at participating retailers and 10% discount at restaurants during the 10-day period.

Participating Partners Card businesses must either:

  • Sell a minimum of four (4) Partners Cards per location. Must sell a minimum of 4 cards.
    (If a store does not sell four cards, they will be invoiced accordingly)

    OR
  • Donate the annual participation fee of $300 per location.
    (The fee covers all administrative, marketing distribution costs and is a direct contribution to The Family Place)

Partners Cards are sold through The Family Place website, www.thefamilyplace.org and participating retailers get a unique QR code and in-store marketing materials to facilitate Partners Card sales.

The top three retailers are recognized. 


Partners Card Etiquette:

Partners Card is a fundraiser for The Family Place, made possible by the generous participation of retailers in offering discounts to card holders. To honor the spirit of this participation, we ask card holders and retailers to honor the following rules:

  • Merchandise cannot be discounted in advance or held for purchase before the first day of Partners Card.
  • Partners Card is not valid with any other offer unless permitted by the participating business.
  • Partners Cards are non-transferable.
  • Card bearer must present a digital or physical card at the time of purchase. Retailers should check valid ID to discourage card sharing.
  • Layaway payments are not honored under the Partners Card discount.
  • Special orders are not subject to discount unless permitted by the participating business.
  • Discount is ONLY valid at participating locations listed on www.partnerscard.org.

The Family Place Partners Card presented by Bank of Texas is a DFW shopping tradition. Our dedicated retail partners make the program a success and allow The Family Place to continue to serve and empower victims of family violence.

2023 Dates:

October 27 - November 5 2023

The deadline to be included in printed materials is June 30th. Please note you can register after this day but will be listed online only. For more information contact partnerscard@familyplace.org.
